New Generation Modelling Suite for the Survivability of Wave Energy Convertors in Marine Environments (WavE-Suite) image

The aim of this project is to develop a new generation modelling suite for assessing the survivability of WECs. The modelling suite consists of multiple models at different scales and with different fidelity, coving from large-scale phase-averaged wave modelling, meso-scale phase-resolved wave modelling, towards small and micro-scale fluid-structure interaction. It is featured by the adoption of machine learning algorithms
